Shipping Policy

  • We process and ship all orders within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier availability.

  • In case of delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, MoodyMage.com will not be held liable, but we will assist customers in resolving the issue.


Return Policy

At MoodyMage.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  1. The customer must provide a complete unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened until the item is fully revealed).

    • The video must clearly show the shipping label, package seal, and the defective/damaged item.

    • Without a proper unboxing video, returns will not be accepted.

  2. The request for return must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at [your support email/contact form link] with the unboxing video attached.

  3. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all tags, manuals, and accessories (if any).

  4. If approved, the defective item will either be replaced with a new one or refunded (as per customer’s choice and product availability).


Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without a proper unboxing video.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or customer error.

  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.


Refunds

  • Once the return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
